This week we are going to be looking at recovery half-truths. And yes, there is a difference.
Myths are plain not true. They often arise from ignorance, but further investigation typically reveals that the basis for these myths is flawed or non-existent.
However, half-truths can be tricky to recognize because they are half true. In other words, at face value they don't appear to be problematic. And unless you do some exploration, you might not realize they are.
