This month we are shifting gears and focusing our conversations around a very seasonally appropriate topic... that being fear.
Fear is a common human experience and it has a purpose. Fear drives the limbic responses of fight, flight, and freeze and is very much a survival instinct. However, fear is often the main hindrance to becoming a better version of yourself.
And, when left unchecked and unexamined, it can have debilitating consequences on our mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
