There is no doubt that facing a relapse can be super discouraging. It can leave you feeling hopeless, defeated, and wondering if you'll ever find real freedom.

I've been there.

And if you are anything like me, you couldn't wait to move on and forget about what just happened.

Once the immediate shame dissapated, of course.

But doing that is quite honestly a mistake. Because each setback provides a valuable opportunity to learn and grow. And, if you're not paying attention, you may miss out on valuable insights that could greatly benefit your recovery.
