A Process in Growth and Increased Awareness

Hey L, If I had to summarize what "real change" looks like in one sentence, it would probably be this... Real change is a process of growth and increased awareness. Admittedly, it's more than that. However, without growth and increased awareness, it's very difficult to manage boundaries, urges, and relationships in a healthy way, let alone curb destructive and unwanted sexual behaviors.
