C-O-M-F-O-R-T
Comfort, despite all its appeal, can be very counterproductive to our growth and overall betterment.
COMFORT stands in the way of proactivity.
Want to keep the weight on and continue to hurt your health? Stay comfortable.
Want to live check to check instead of using a sensible budget? Stay comfortable.
Want to increase the shame and secrecy around sex and porn? Stay comfortable.
Want to stay stuck in your addictive habits? Stay comfortable.
And so, that is the topic of this week's post - Losing the comfortable cloaks we use to insulate ourselves from the discomfort of difficult conversations surrounding sex and sexuality.
