Why do I keep doing this stuff when I know better?
I know I've asked that question many times back in the day. Sometimes it can be maddening to feel powerless to your sexual cravings when everything inside you screams STOP DOING THAT!
And while that scenario appears to make little sense, when you understand how the brain and your emotions work it makes perfect sense. Because sometimes what we know to be true in our mind doesn't translate to our heart.
