3 Considerations for Confessing Your Struggle

Hey L,

Last week we talked about masks and the need to put those masks away, so we can be seen for whom we really are. The truth is, if we refuse to identify ourselves as someone who needs help, we can't get real help.

But then how do we do that?

How do we confess our struggles to someone, and who should we go to in the first place? Because believe me, just anyone isn't a good solution.

Confession is a good place to start. But it's just a start and needs to be done with the right people.

If this is something you need help with or advice on, check out this week's post and let us know what you think in the comments!
