It's February, also known as Hallmark's favorite time of the year.
Over the next couple of weeks we will be inundated with marketing and messaging that's focused on finding that special someone, love, sex, and romance.
For some it's just another month in the calendar and cause for more aggressive email deleting.
But for others it can be a time of pressure, stress, and loneliness because Valentine's Day serves as a reminder that we are either alone, stuck in a marriage that's stagnant, or not having enough sex to satisfy our "needs."
And for those who struggle with porn and unwanted sexual behavior, that lack of relationship (and sex) seems to be the main reason they continue to struggle.
But is it?
