Hey L,
Last week we celebrated the 4th of July, a national holiday where those of us who live in the USA celebrate our country's independence.
I always love this time of year with its many fireworks celebrations, parades, and cookouts. It's a big party for most Americans, and a great opportunity to reflect on and appreciate the freedom we all enjoy living in this country.
However, despite all the celebrations and good times is the undeniable reality that this nation faces more division and internal conflict than we care to acknowledge. Much of which comes down to this notion of freedom and how it is defined.
Freedom is very personal.
For some, it's practically sacred.
But what exactly is it?
And do we need to redefine our understanding of freedom, especially as it pertains to our sexual struggles and recovery journeys?
That's what we will be looking at this month, and it's also the subject of today's post.
So check it out here, and please leave your comments.
